As an Agent of the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), Tri-County Environmental Health Consortium licenses and inspects over 300 restaurants and other retail food establishments in Marquette and Green Lake Counties. Examples of retail food establishments include food trucks, grocery stores, convenience stores, ice cream shops, coffee shops, candy shops, and bakeries. We also conduct inspections of school kitchens on behalf of the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction and license and inspect transient (temporary) food stands in the counties, such as vendors at our county fairs and farmers markets.
As you review our inspection reports, keep in mind that a report is a “snapshot” of conditions found on a specific date and time, and may not be representative of the overall, long-term operation of the facility. Please feel free to contact a REHA Environmental Health Specialist if you have any questions.
